Account & Relationship Management (Sales) Indratel seeks a highly motivated and results-driven Regional Sales Engineer to join our expanding Sales team, based in Perth.
The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the growth of our product lines across WA, managing a key state-wide account, and contributing to the expansion of our customer base.
This role is integral to achieving and exceeding sales targets through strategic sales initiatives and collaboration with the QLD and NSW Indratel teams.
Key Responsibilities: Meet and exceed performance goals, KPIs, and sales targets set by management.Drive market expansion by identifying and securing new business opportunities across various industries.Provide lifecycle services and continued education to support existing customers.Lead initiatives aligned with Indratel's strategic growth objectives.Prepare and present regular progress, forecast, and ad hoc reports to management.Collaborate with internal teams to convert project opportunities into successful sales.Deliver customer presentations and facilitate technical discussions to highlight Indratel's expertise and product offerings.Negotiate sales and pricing strategies with customers to close deals.Gather and analyse competitive intelligence to enhance customer service and strategy alignment.The successful candidate will have: Proven experience in sales, preferably within industrial or technical environments with a focus on Automation, Telemetry, Wireless Instrumentation, Networking or Measurement applications.Knowledge of the electrical/mechanical industry with a demonstrated sales drive and technical proficiency.Ability to build relationships that enhance customer satisfaction and drive business growth, with a customer-focused and team-oriented approach.Ability to lead initiatives independently while aligning with broader business goals.Industry knowledge and familiarity with Indratel's product portfolio is highly advantageous.Experience with both short and long sales cycles, particularly in Automation, Control, Wireless, and Measurement systems.Preferred qualifications include an Electrical Engineering background and familiarity with the O&G, Water/Wastewater, Mining, and Agribusiness sectors.Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.Attention to detail, with a proactive and self-motivated approach to sales.Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, with fluency in English.If you are a proactive, strategic thinker with a passion for sales and customer success, we encourage you to apply.
