The Regional Retail Manager oversees multiple showrooms across the region, ensuring the delivery of key retail operations and financial objectives. This role is responsible for monitoring the daily financial performance of each showroom, driving profitable sales, and managing costs in alignment with budget expectations.In addition to financial oversight, the Regional Retail Manager ensures the seamless execution of the in-store customer experience, visual merchandising standards, and overall brand presentation. A key focus of the role is providing effective leadership, development, and support to the regional showroom teams, fostering a high-performing, customer-centric culture.We have two opportunities: one based in Sydney and the other in Melbourne.The RoleManages and motivates direct reports, reviews and assesses performance, builds employee capacity, supports their professional development and enables employees to optimise their contribution to King Living.Directs regional showroom activities to achieve business objectives.Ensures regional sales targets are met through effective recruitment, development, and performance management of showroom teams.Executes regional sales strategies for both short- and long-term business goals.Oversees retail sales to ensure customer service standards and sales targets are met across showrooms.Acts as a customer advocate for King Living and delivers retail excellence.Promote and build King Living brand in the marketplace.Through showroom teams, delivers on excellence in customer service.Ensures showrooms create desire, enhance the King Living Brand experience and deliver on style and sophistication.Oversees logistics including deliveries to customers, showrooms and incoming goods to the region.Oversees and manages storage in the showrooms and depot.Manages annual stock take in the showrooms and depot.Establishes and coordinates the region's sales objectives and ensures the successful execution of the local marketing, promotional and programming calendar.Provides input and feedback to relevant stakeholders and other key members of the organisation as needed regarding market needs and competitive trends.Provides Brand Environment support and training to Showroom Managers to ensure visual standards are understood and adhered to at store level.Ensures workplace health and safety requirements are adhered to.Overall responsibility for the region's Banking and Payroll.About You5+ years' experience in the same or similar role, with demonstrated ability to lead, coach and motivate a large team.Experience within the specific furniture industry advantageous for understanding market trends and customer expectations.A proven track record of driving sales and delivering on KPIs and budgets.High sales & financial acumen.Excellent leadership, communication, and project management skills.A results-oriented mindset with a passion for driving measurable impact.Have a current driver's license and be flexible to work across multiple locations and interstate.Our ValuesPassion, Integrity, Collaboration, Innovation – these are the values that unite us, inspire us and set us apart.
