More information can be found on the corporate website: WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR: The Product Performance Specialist is primarily responsible for driving the quality improvement of the PS&T current products by collecting and analyzing reliability data to understand main issues and drive prompt issue resolution through the Current Product Management (CPM) Teams.
Will be working closely with the precision agriculture technology leader/partner, suppliers, competency centers, CNH Parts and manufacturing plants to improve the overall quality of the products.
Responsible for quality at launch for new products as well as product behavior for existing products.
YOUR KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: • Solicit, collect and analyze information on precision products from all sources including Field Engineers, Antenna Dealers, Main Markets Branches/CBU's, Distributors, peers in other regions, Warranty Analysis, Dealers and end customer visits, Product Support Systems, etc.
• Act as the singular voice of PS&T quality for the APAC/ANZ regions: highlighting customer concerns and advocating for their priority in the CPM process.
• As a member of the Current Product Management Team, serve as the primary filter for product field Quality and Reliability issues.
This includes properly identifying and defining the issues, validation through field information (ASIST) and warranty systems, and prioritization.
Furthermore, assist in root identification and solution development, as needed.
• Support the CPM process by driving timely and focused execution of action plans to ensure significant improvements are made in Quality and Reliability of the product.
Follow up the resolution of the problems with the responsible activities and provide corresponding technical information to service.
• Working with the Platform Managers; assist in determining the strategic direction of new products in areas of field quality and reliability, fitness for use, and customer satisfaction based on current product performance.
Provide input on open issues of the current product as the platform develops new products.
Lead the deployment of appropriate mitigating actions for quality and reliability of high-risk items.
• Assure the Test Plan evaluates the product in all target markets and under all operating conditions.
Assess the progress of the test plan against these objectives at milestone reviews.
YOUR KEY COMPETENCES AND QUALIFICATIONS: Bachelors Degree in Engineering (Electrical, Mechanical, Agricultural, or related field) 2+ years experience with automotive, agricultural or construction equipment, emphasis on experience with precision products Working knowledge of Statistical tools.
Excellent analytical skills.
Self-starter with ability to drive results Strong problem solving skills.
Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a cross-functional team.
