Regional Project Controls Manager – Asia Pacific (APAC) Wood is recruiting for a Regional Project Controls Manager – Asia Pacific (APAC) to join our Operations business.
Based in Perth CBD, this is a permanent role and is available as a full-time / part-time (job share) basis.
You will be a multidisciplinary functional leader across all of project controls and will support and assure delivery excellence for the Operations Asia Pacific business.
You will have responsibility for functional management and development of project control resources and governance of project control practices and procedures.
You will also have functional oversight of the performance of all project control work.

Ideally, you will have proven experience within a similar Project Controls Manager role, underpinned by 20+ years of relevant onshore & offshore project experience (design to implementation) supporting a complex portfolio within the Oil & Gas sector.
A bachelor's degree in a relevant technical or business discipline would also be advantageous.
In addition, you will: Have an advanced level of expertise across all disciplines of project controls, typically gained by a significant number of years of industry experience within Project Control.
Have an excellent understanding of the principles and techniques of both Project Management & Project Controls:
Planning Cost Control Estimating Change Control Risk Analysis
Be an articulate communicator (both written and verbal), including well-developed technical report writing and professional presentation skills.
Be a leader of people, capable of influencing, coaching, and engendering an entrepreneurial spirit of cooperation to energise diverse teams to adopt best practice, with safety at the heart of everything we do.
Be customer focused with an ability to develop trusted relationships with internal and external stakeholders, while balancing operational excellence to contribute to the competitive advantage of #teamwood.
