As an independent, co-educational CARE (Curriculum and Reengagement in Education) School, Alta-1 is a Christian organisation that works with students from years 7-12. We provide students with wraparound support to guide them on a journey of recovery through a trauma-informed approach. This approach helps students acknowledge, confront, and resolve barriers that have impacted their ability to reach their full potential.

With a wealth of data to monitor, capture, and assess for each student, you have a clear understanding of requirements, the ability to engage the right individuals for administrative roles, and optimise data processes with a clear sense of purpose. You also excel in developing strategies to promote continuous improvement in the teaching and learning program across the school, adding an invaluable dimension to your role.
