What you will doAt Volvo Group Australia you will contribute to the transformation of our company, the transport industry and society at large. As the Regional Parts Manager, you will be the driving force behind parts sales in your region. You'll work closely with dealer management teams to set targets, promote parts sales, and ensure efficient supply chain management. Your role will involve building strong relationships, understanding market conditions, and supporting the overall Service & Retail Market Parts Strategy.
You will also:
Set dealership parts targets, provide product selection for marketing campaigns, and collaborate on pricing strategies.Build and maintain strong relationships with dealer management teams, and coach dealership parts teams for continuous improvement.Provide monthly activity reports, analyze dealer KPIs, and identify growth opportunities.Support dealer networks with training, collaborate with competence teams, and drive skills enhancement within the region.Drive parts sales growth, support inventory management, and manage rebate programs.Develop a dealer branch visitation plan, focus on relationship building, and support dealerships in critical situations.Conduct quarterly reviews of dealer parts incentives and provide feedback on marketing materials.Maintain a high level of business travel, ensuring regular face-to-face interactions with dealers to support sales growth.Who are you?Do you dream big?
