What will you be doing?
You will be calling on your previous operations and supervision experience while using the skills and techniques we will teach you to achieve our company objectives.
You will be working as part of an enthusiastic team with the objective to meeting set KPI's.
As the Regional Operations Supervisor, your responsibilities will include the following: Control and manage superior service delivery to our clients Assist with Branch operations, labour and vehicle resources in order to achieve service objectives Lead the operations personnel ensuring adherence to standard procedures Maintain a safe working environment for all personnel Manage operational costs against budgets and targets as set by the Regional Branch Manager Manage and maintain property, plant and site security Manage projects including the assembly of use of racking, transportation of cartons and the destruction of large amounts of paper    What you must have to apply for this role: Proven organisational/planning ability Proven leadership and problem-solving skills The ability to liaise with sales, admin and operational personnel Computer literacy Outstanding customer service focus    You will be highly regarded if you also have: Previous experience in a logistics environment A proven track record of over achievement in planning and scheduling Leadership experience Industry experience advantageous but not essential Forklift/Order Picker Licence    What's In It For Me?
