The Regional Operations Manager will be responsible for setting the strategic direction of the Resident Operations function within the region and driving regional performance to meet targets. This role is committed to fostering a customer-centric culture in alignment with Keyton's Core Values, ensuring maximum resident satisfaction across all teams and stakeholder groups.
The successful candidate will focus on developing village and asset strategies, budgets, providing leadership and operational expertise to the northern NSW/Sydney villages as well as work collaboratively with the other Regional Operations Manager (NSW southern region) to achieve regional targets and key regional outcomes.
The successful candidate will be based in Sydney, with regular travel to sites across their villages in NSW. At Keyton, we are one team, and our Regional Operations Manager will embody our values every day:

Effective stakeholder engagement, strong communication and team management will be key to your success in this role, as will:
Strong leadership capability with a preference for adopting a collaborative approach to decision making and focus on delivering resultsStrong financial reporting and budget management skillsPossessing an in-depth understanding of the Retirement Living Act and have proven experience in its implementationPrior experience in Retirement Living in a leadership/senior management capacity is idealAdvanced interpersonal skills with the ability to foster strong relationships with key external and internal stakeholdersA current Australian Driving LicenceAsset and property management experience is desirableReady to Join the Fun?
