About the Role:In partnership with the Director of Operations, your primary responsibility as a Regional Operations Leader is to provide support and coaching to Centre Directors, ensuring a high-quality service for children and families.
You will have a portfolio of between 10-12 campuses located in NSW.
Some of your key responsibilities will include:
Leadership & Management: Lead a team of Centre Directors, ensuring consistent implementation of best practices across all locations.
Provide mentorship, support, and professional development to maintain a high standard of care and education.
Operational Excellence: Oversee all operational aspects, including staffing, compliance, safety, and enrolment management, ensuring the smooth and efficient running of each centre.
Financial Performance: Monitor and manage budgets, forecast revenue, control costs, and optimize resource allocation to meet financial targets for each centre.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure all centres comply with local and national regulations related to childcare, safety, and educational standards.
Stakeholder Engagement: Build and maintain relationships with families, staff, and the broader community, addressing concerns and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Strategic Growth: Work with senior management to develop and implement strategies that drive growth, improve service offerings, and expand the portfolio within the region.
Experience and Qualifications Required:

Proven experience in multi-site management, preferably in the childcare, early education, or similar sectors.
Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to inspire and motivate diverse teams.
Excellent knowledge of childcare regulations, operational best practices, and financial acumen.
Exceptional communication, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
A relevant degree in business, education, or related field is preferred.
Valid Working with Children's check and current driver's licence.
