What this opportunity involves: As a Regional Operations Lead (ROL), you will lead and manage a geographically dispersed team of property service professionals; determine and be accountable for the Region's performance, management and service delivery objectives, and represent JLL with key stakeholders and service partners.
As an important member of the account leadership team, you will work across the other teams and wider JLL organisation to deliver contracted services, promoting and modelling a safe and inclusive culture.
This position requires a self-motivated, agile, and strategic thinker to build relationships across complex environments.
You will be expected to contribute to, and communicate, strategic direction while developing trust and building the capability of your team.
An overview of the role: In addition to strong leadership capabilities, you will have a proven track record of delivering high quality outcomes demonstrated through your management of; Facilities and Property Management services Risk and Compliance legislative & contractual requirements, and reporting People and HR activities for a diverse and dispersed workforce Procurement and Supply Chain across multiple countries, in line with the Australian Government, Commonwealth Procurement Rules Finance, including budget build, forecasting, and monthly reporting, Workplace Health & Safety legislation, risk and reporting, and Technology, including the use of various management information systems, and data analysis.

This is what we are looking for: Have strong multidiscipline technical skills in commercial and residential Facilities and Property Management delivery Experience or demonstrated capability to work in a Diplomatic environment and management of remote team and facilities, some of which may be in politically unstable locations Have experience in leading and driving innovative ways of delivering facilities management services and strategic property planning An excellent communicator with strong presence, high level presentation skills, strong verbal and written communication.
Have an ability to effectively communicate with people at all levels Have an ability to set work goals and influence others to achieve results remotely Possess the ability to work across multiple, matrix reporting environments and prioritise activities accordingly Minimum bachelor's degree in facilities management, property management or other related field or a recognised Trade Certificate in electrical, plumbing, carpentry or refrigeration, and/or 10-12 years' experience in facilities, property management or related field Comprehensive knowledge and experience in implementing and maintaining occupational health and safety legislative requirements Knowledge and understanding of technical critical infrastructure, systems and environments Knowledge of contractor management for specialised services Proven capacity to understand and interpret commercial contracts Excellent and proven budget management and comprehensive financial analysis skills Proficient in Microsoft Office/Suite What you can expect from us:?
