Regional Nsw Operations Manager - Auto Body Repairs $180K - $200K Package

Our client is seeking someone with experience in crash repairs or spray painting with management and production experience. This is a very busy and modern workshop environment which runs well and is well respected.
The role: Lead and manage the production daily and benchmarks Lead efficiencies and maintain standards and expectations Plan and organise the workshop/centre to minimise risk Ensure high standards of WHS and compliance Communicate across all parts of the business including to the MD for relevant issues The ideal person: 3 years+ production or workshop supervision experience Experience in smash repair shop/spray painting operations including the planning, scheduling and repair processes Experience managing others - performance management and accountability Commitment to WHS including a neat and tidy workspace Can perform root cause analysis and understands continuous improvement process Excellent time management skills for this busy, modern workshop Excellent communication skills across all levels and with various cultures An eye for detail and high quality standards Current NSW drivers licence Certificate or Diploma in Management; related to Production Management or LEAN methodologies or equivalent Desirable: Qualified trade in Spray Painting or Panel Beating Evidence of maintaining or upgrading professional knowledge through education or training.
