By leveraging data-driven insights and creative strategies, we ensure Airwallex stands out in a competitive market.What you'll doWe're looking for a Director of Regional Marketing (B2B) to develop a winning strategy that brings Airwallex's brand to life, communicates our differentiated position, and engages our users across Australia and New Zealand (ANZ). You'll be part of the ANZ leadership team and will act as the owner of demand generation across multiple channels including digital, offline, events, and content. You'll act as a B2B Marketing all-rounder, capable of end-to-end strategic thinking and execution from building our brand for the long-term to driving ongoing customer growth and retention. This will be a senior hire on the ANZ team and we're looking for a resourceful, creative go-getter who is eager to help shape the next phase of Airwallex's growth.This role is based in Sydney.Responsibilities:Work cross functionally to further build a trusted and forward-thinking brand across Australia and New ZealandEmpower and mentor an ambitious team of Marketers by championing continuous improvement and operational excellenceOwn Marketing strategy and planning, including the development of a comprehensive B2B Marketing approach across multiple channels to acquire and retain customersDrive scalable demand generation campaigns to deliver user growth via performance marketing, SEO, influencers, and moreManage integrated marketing campaigns, including first-and third-party events, OOH advertising, and co-marketing with strategic partnersOversee marquee local product launches in collaboration with Product Marketing, Corporate Affairs, and Regional Strategy teamsSurface and champion customer insights that enrich our understanding of our target audience, and craft a value proposition that resonates with key segmentsWho you areWe're looking for people who meet the minimum qualifications for this role. The preferred qualifications are great to have, but are not mandatory.Minimum qualifications:At least 15+ years of Marketing experience, ideally with a focus on scaled B2B growthA track record of integrated campaigns that drive both brand and business metricsExperience leading a high performing marketing function focused on outcomesStrong analytical skills, a data driven orientation, and uncompromising attention to detailExceptional communication and collaboration skills, both internally and externallyAn ability to thrive under pressure, navigate ambiguity, and remain adaptableAn entrepreneurial mindset and a willingness to get your hands dirtyPreferred qualifications:Past fintech and startup experience is a plusEqual opportunityAirwallex is proud to be an equal opportunity employer.
