The Regional Market Leaderdevelops and executes strategies to build our presence in the Australian and New Zealand markets and has responsibilities that span across sales, delivery, and people management. The Market Lead is focused on building a sustainable and scalable business model to increase our presence in the Australian market, build rapport with our alliances, deepen our client relationships, and build out our local team.
Ideal candidates will be able to: The profitability of business within market (revenue and utilization goals), with revenue expectations of $5 million in first yearMaintain a realization target with focus on local clients and key accountsAct as the face of Spaulding Ridge within the Australian marketIdentify opportunities for expansion across existing accountsProvide oversight across the portfolio of local engagementsAct as the main liaison with our partners and alliances in the areaPartner with consulting teams to build and develop relationships with alliance partners on joint sales pursuitsOversee the recruiting and onboarding of new bandmatesBe a thought leader through white papers, hosting local events/forums, and driving unique solutions that resonate with the marketResponsible for the ongoing career development and growth of bandmatesQualifications: Proven success building a new market or offering within a consulting environment focused on cloud technologies, specifically Anaplan, DocuSign, OneStream and SalesforceProven success scaling a consulting organization including recruitment, retention and development of both senior and junior business development and project delivery teamsDeep functional and/or technical understanding of cloud-based solutions across CPM/EPM, CRM, ERP and/or Contract Lifecycle ManagementDemonstrated experience leading a diverse team of consultants, sales executives and solution architectsExperience leading engagements and project teams through client-facing activities such as requirements gathering, stakeholder workshops and deliverable review/approval sessionsProven success mentoring teams and demonstrating excellent leadership skillsProven business development skills with ability to attain sales targets from alliances and/or originationsProven business operations skills (e.g., developing a forecast and/or business plan, statement of work development, and managing towards margin and utilization goals)Strong written and verbal communication coupled with expert presentation skills
