You will be able to build on existing business and customer base by establishing new relationships, expanding business units, and searching for new opportunities.Key responsibilities:Focus on aftermarket support for the Western Region to ensure strong performance in technical support, spare parts, and services.Engage resources within the business to manage customers throughout the product life cycle, improving aftermarket growth and increasing client base including technical visits, trials, and support.Develop and achieve growth and aftermarket retention strategies that cascade down into site specific objectives customised to individual customers' needs.Manage the Sales Team, promoting a clear sales strategy for the team based on current and new product line opportunities.P&L responsibility for the Western Region business units, including preparation and working within or exceeding the agreed budget, monitoring, and forecasting.Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of industry processes, competitors, and commercial influences.About you:Previous experience in a similar territory management position.Demonstrated industry and product knowledge of mobile plant, mineral processing or bulk material handling (crushing and screening preferred).Ability to understand systems, processes, and financial statements that measure sales, profits, expenses, labour, asset utilisation, customer, and employee satisfaction.Ability to analyse sales data and metrics to inform decision-making.Strong problem-solving skills to address challenges and capitalize on opportunities.Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.What we offer:Competitive remuneration package on offer, with additional bonus schemes.Support for ongoing learning and development including access to training programs, workshops, and conferences to enhance skills and knowledge.A positive and inclusive company culture that values diversity, fosters teamwork, and promotes a supportive work environment.Your application will include the following questions:Which of the following statements best describes your right to work in Australia?What's your expected annual base salary?
