Your New Role: As the Regional Manager for NSW, you'll be the driving force behind a group of vibrant stores, leading your teams to success and overseeing the retail operations across the entire store network. You'll be hands-on, moving between locations to ensure everything from sales performance to stock management runs smoothly. Your leadership will inspire teams and create a warm, customer-first environment in every store. Whether it's coordinating new store launches or collaborating on creative local marketing initiatives, you'll make sure each location feels connected and thrives within its community.
The Day-to-Day: Oversee store operations across NSW, ensuring all KPIs are met, including sales growth, loyalty, and customer retention.Lead, mentor, and develop store teams, driving engagement and building strong leadership pipelines.Take ownership of P&L management, recruitment, training, and wage control, while maintaining tight inventory processes.Collaborate closely on new store launches and support major promotional events.Implement visual merchandising strategies that enhance customer experience and align with brand standards.Maintain strong relationships with centre management teams and develop creative ways to attract new customers.Work closely with senior leadership to ensure alignment with national goals and strategies.The Experience Checklist: 3+ years of experience as an Area/Regional Manager in a traditional retail environment.Proven success in managing P&L, store operations, recruitment, and team development.Strong leadership skills, with a people-first approach and the ability to inspire and motivate teams.Experience with multi-site management within the beauty retail industry or similar (highly advantageous).Exposure to launching new stores, local area marketing or centre management collaboration is a plus.Ability to commit to store launch events, promotional days, and occasional weekend shifts.What's Next?
