Lead proactive and productive engagement with partner schools to ensure we are fulfilling our operational commitments.
Build and maintain strong long-term relationships with clients and customers through the direct management of their portfolio of services.
Lead a team of Service Leaders to deliver high quality experiences - Act as the Nominated Supervisor and Educational Leader for services within their portfolio ensuring compliance with the National Quality Framework.
Partner and collaborate with the broader CA team on activities to ensure the ongoing retention of key school contracts.
Improve the experience for children and families who attend our service helping to address any existing school challenges.

ABOUT YOU
Resilient mindset and ability to channel stressful situations to a positive outcome
Good understanding of the Outside School Hours Care industry, including current educational practices and pedagogies
Highly developed communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to pitch messaging at all levels of the organisation and externally to partners and parents.
Leadership experience in a childcare setting or OSHC service.
