Foodbank SA & NT has 13 Food Hubs and provides food relief to over 150,000 people every month.
One third of these are children.
We source food from wholesalers, manufacturers, supermarkets and growers, saving more than 2.5 million kilograms of food from landfill each year.
In the last 12 months, we have sourced enough food to put more than 10 million meals on the table of those doing it tough in our community.
About the Role Foodbank SA & NT is seeking a suitably experienced and enthusiastic Regional Manager to lead our services on the Eyre Peninsula and in the Upper Spencer Gulf.

The Regional Manager leads the daily operations of the Whyalla Food Hub and Warehouse operations and develops and maintains relationships with local agencies and various community service providers who work with Foodbank SA & NT.
In this role you will:
Provide high level customer service with sensitivity to social and cultural needsLead, train and manage a team of staff and volunteersOversee the operations of the Food Hub and WarehouseManage inventory including pricing, stock control, ordering and stocktakesDevelop and maintain working relationships with agencies and community service partnersCoordinate the delivery and/or collection of orders to agencies and schoolsProcess end of day procedures and ensure daily administration is completed.About You As the successful applicant, you will have strong leadership, communication and organisational skills with excellent time management, and you will enjoy working closely within a diverse and friendly team.
A commitment to community service and the not-for-profit sector is essential, and previous experience in a similar role would be an advantage.
A National Police Clearance and drivers' licence are essential.
