Regional Manager Primary Care - Kempsey & NambuccaRegional Manager Primary Care - Coffs Harbour & GraftonOur Regional Managers play a pivotal role in transforming healthcare delivery. They spearhead the coordination of services within designated regions, driving collaboration among diverse stakeholders to maximise health outcomes and cost efficiencies. From commissioning innovative primary care services to strategically planning for the future of our healthcare workforce, these roles are at the forefront of revolutionising regional healthcare.
The Regional Manager coordinates activities within their designated regions that support successful delivery of: System and service integration, Commissioning of primary health care services and program implementation, Primary Care Support, Disaster and emergency planning and response, and Primary Care workforce strategic planning.
About you We are seeking an exceptional candidate with the following qualities and qualifications:
High level understanding of the health system, both in NSW and on a national scale including current trends in health policy reform and health care funding programsExperience co-designing services with effective and sustainable results.Strong interpersonal and stakeholder management skills, with group/meeting facilitation and presentation experienceA demonstrable understanding of the complexities of primary health care and working with partnership organisations to achieve common goals in the private, public and NGO sectorsDemonstrated experience in project management planning, implementing, reporting and contribution to evaluating projectsExperience in Supervising a work group or small work areaCoordinates a range of organisational functions including technical, professional, project, procedural or processing or combination of these.A strong commitment to principles such as Work Health and Safety, Equal Employment Opportunity, Cultural Safety, and Continuous Improvement, ensuring a workplace that aligns with these valuesRelevant tertiary qualifications and/or equivalent experience, 7+ yearsHow to Apply Please forward your resume and a maximum three-page cover letter demonstrating how you meet the above selection criteria to .
