You will be responsible to drive workforce planning and manage the delivery of short and long term PALM and Labour Hire workers to our clients' sites. Reporting into the Head of Operations, the role manages a team of Area managers, wellbeing and pastoral carers to deliver exceptional service, care and wellbeing to our clients and workforce to expected PALM Deed guidelines, best practice and set client SLAs.About the role:The Regional Manager maintains a strong focus on our clients, our staff and our workforce with overall compliance management including Health and Safety, Employment Legislation, PALM Scheme, statutory and legislative requirements. The role is directly responsible for the day-to-day management and operations of the region including leading, motivating, inspiring and growing the team to achieve commercial & financial targets driving care and wellbeing of the external workforce and exceptional service to our clients.The role requires experience and a passion to deliver engaging client management, strategies for growth, team leadership, and instilling cultural awareness, care and correct set up procedures for our workforce.
