Reporting to the General Manager (Integrated Services), and part of the Senior Leadership team at Stride, you will be a passionate and supportive leader with a go-getter attitude and have extensive experience in managing service delivery teams within the mental health sector. You will lead your teams to ensure high quality, person-centred, and recovery focused services.
Responsibilities include: Leadership of service delivery across multiple teams and sites in Tasmania and VictoriaProviding leadership to and working collaboratively with a team of focused, outcome driven and passionate Clinical & Service ManagersCoach and mentor leaders and teams with a focus on development of high performing teams and high-quality consumer outcomesManaging site performance against budget, targets, and consumer outcome performance frameworksMaintaining relationships with stakeholders, funders and partners and building new relationships across the regionsWorking with the business development team to grow and diversify programs by identifying new funding and opportunities that align to the organisation's strategic goalsFinancial and human resources management including compliance with funding, contracts, reporting, risk, and incident managementEnsuring quality and safety compliance with Quality Standards and registration requirementsRequirements Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar role providing management in a multi-site environmentTertiary level education in a relevant discipline, i.e. Business, Social Work or Psychology.Strong people management skills and experience supporting staff in performing their dutiesStrong business acumen and analytic skills and demonstrated ability to deliver against funding requirementsThe ability to work within and across health service networks, and to foster productive partnershipsManage (complex) external stakeholder relationshipsCoach and mentor teams with a focus on continuous learningDemonstrate a range of influencing and collaborative skillsBalance competing priorities and make informed decisions.Excellent communications skills, including verbal and writtenHigh level of computer literacyExperience in change managementUnderstanding of the Australian health care system, key issues in primary health care, and the mental health service system.Current Driver's licenseMust be eligible to apply/currently hold a WWCC / WWVPMust hold/be willing to apply for NDIS worker screening clearanceStride is an inclusive workplace and we encourage applications from diverse backgrounds in order to enhance the depth of cultural diversity and insight within our workforce.
