Your experience also includes:Designing and contributing to the establishment of programs of workStrong curiosity; you're great at asking questions and getting beneath the surface to uncover the depth of complex challengesSkilled at discovery and analysis and seeing the system level so that change can address and deliver on objectivesThe ability to balance human centred approaches to change with commercial outcomesEven if you feel you don't meet all the criteria, we would love to hear from you! Our Organisational Change team is made up of people with diverse skill sets and backgrounds (from the technical change space, with people and culture backgrounds and organisational strategy) we're keen to keep building on this.We're looking for an experienced practitioner to join our team; someone who is energised by the opportunity to lead diverse change projects and programs, directly contributing to building adaptive transformation and change capability.You will be collaborating closely with stakeholders at all levels, strengthening adaptive change capacity and maturity, empowering leaders and stakeholders as change sponsors and enablers.
