Our client, a highly regarded national retailer at the forefront of the luxury jewellery industry, is seeking an experienced and results-driven Regional Manager to lead their South of the River region in Perth, WA.

This role offers the opportunity to oversee a significant portfolio of stores, drive sales growth, and inspire a talented team while contributing to the continued success of a leading brand in the luxury sector.
Key Responsibilities:Oversee the performance and operations of a multi-site region, ensuring stores exceed sales targets, KPIs, and profitability goalsImplement data-driven strategies tailored to individual store needs to enhance performanceDrive visual merchandising excellence, meeting planogram standards and optimising window displays for maximum impactLead, develop, and mentor a high-performing team, promoting the company's vision and valuesStay ahead of market trends, using insights to influence decisions and drive business growthManage budgets, wages, and inventory, ensuring cost-effective operationsRecognise and celebrate team achievements to foster a culture of engagement and successWhat We Are Looking ForTo excel in this role, you'll need to bring:
