The role We are seeking a dynamic, innovative, and creative Regional Manager to join our established team in Tamworth. The Regional Manager will be responsible for managing the provision of our therapeutic fostering service in the East Midlands region. The post holder will lead and manage a staff team to ensure that the highest quality therapeutic fostering services are delivered for the children, families, and customers of By the Bridge with Cambian.
You You will be a qualified social worker currently registered with SWE, with demonstrable management experience. You will have experience of dealing with complex, regulated processes and a wide-ranging knowledge of fostering and fostering legislation. You will have a robust understanding of the importance of safeguarding children and young people, ensuring that this is kept at the core of your practice.
You will have excellent communication skills and demonstrate confidence and leadership, with the ability to manage relationships with a diverse group of stakeholders. You will have good IT skills, specifically Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook. Experience in using Microsoft Dynamics Charms would be advantageous but is not essential.
