As industry leaders, they specialise in plant breeding, plant protection, fertilizer evaluation, product development, farming systems, and agronomy research in broadacre, horticulture, tree, and vine crop production systems.About the RoleWe are seeking a Regional Manager to effectively lead a skilled team in broadacre crop protection and plant breeding trial work.
You will be leading our dedicated team of research agronomists/technicians.ResponsibilitiesBuilding and maintaining respectful relationships with clients, colleagues, and the wider industry;Growing existing business through a focus on delivering quality results;Ensuring compliance of client protocols by all team members;Working collaboratively with colleagues across the wider organisation;Driving continuous improvement strategies within your team;Actively training and mentoring all members of the team, including Graduates;RequirementsEducation / Experience / Skills:Looking to embrace this exciting leadership opportunity and develop your existing skillset;3-5 years' experience in technical agronomy and/or research trials across a range of broadacre crops;Tertiary qualification in Agriculture, Horticulture, and/or Science;Excellent people skills, building rapport through trust and respect with colleagues and clients;
