Role Overview:
The Regional Manager holds a critical position in overseeing the Help at Home team, ensuring the consistent delivery of care, compliant with aged care standards.
As a part of the senior leadership team, this role entails the vital responsibility of ensuring that staff and systems are suitably equipped to meet the diverse needs of clients.
Client safety and risk management are at the forefront of this role.

You will possess high attention to detail to support worker scheduling, training initiatives, performance management strategies, and adherence to established standards.
You will supervise the administrative aspects of programs, analyse data crucial for client services, manage associated costs, and oversee financial performance across numerous funding streams.
Serving as a leader within the organisation, you will monitor client support plans and play an advisory role for the director of home care programs, adeptly navigating through operational challenges in the regional facilities and their delivery of care.

The Regional Manager plays a role in driving operational efficiency and fostering client satisfaction.
You will manage the financial budgets and contracts associated with the home care programs.
This position requires strategic foresight to identify areas fit for improvement, draft suitable action plans, implement innovative solutions, and ensure alignment with Kalyra's open disclosure framework.
Successful candidates for this role are distinguished by their strong leadership, financial acumen, program management, risk identification, change management, and proficiency in managing diverse teams to achieve operational excellence within the realm of home care services.

About the Person:
You will demonstrate a thorough comprehension of the Aged Care Act 1997 and possess extensive knowledge of the Aged Care industry and relevant legislation.
Essential attributes include effective communication, adept leadership, proficient program management, and problem-solving skills.

The ideal candidate will have similar industry experience in a senior leadership role responsible for budgets and forecasting.
Your financial acumen, administrative knowledge, advisory approach, risk management strategies, and initiative for change and people management skills will equip you to drive key strategic decisions.
Additionally, proficiency in utilising the My Aged Care Portal and Microsoft Office Suite is imperative.

Apart from this, we ask that you have the following:
Degree or postgraduate qualification in community services, healthcare, or other relevant discipline or substantial relevant experience Current SA Driver's license and reliable vehicle National Police Check or willingness to obtain one The benefits:
