A newly created role in NSW/ACT for a Regional Manager, Customer Experience Coaching is now available, reporting to our Head of Coaching.
The role will lead and develop a field team of customer experience coaches, ensuring they are equipped with the skills and knowledge to provide consistent and outstanding service to our customer service teams.
