Regional Sales Manager opportunity inour Acute Care team covering Australia & New Zealand. Acute Care is focused on prevention. With a commitment to innovation, this sales division is transforming care experiences for patients and clinicians across the continuum of care. Key focuses of role:
Buildstrong business relationships with key industry players
Achievesales goals and growth across allocated territories
Grow, support and develop sales team
Responsibilities:
Lead a team of 9 Sales Reps.
Identify customer trends and develop appropriate sales strategies and business plans
Establishtargets, budgets, and service support levels
Leadthe sales team and assistwith the recruitment and training of Territory Managers
Gain awareness of industry trends and competitor activity
Analyse sales performance and providemonthly reports
Providesales leadership at conferences, trade shows, and special projects
Successful candidates will have:
Previous track record of exceptional performance within a sales management role.
Passion for and strong examples of building, developing and leading sales teams.
