Everbridge, a rapidly growing global provider of SaaS-based critical communication and enterprise safety solutions, is seeking a Regional Field Marketing Manager for a home-based role in Sydney or Melbourne, Australia. This is a 6-month contract position, requiring availability for 3 days a week.
As part of the APAC Marketing Team, the Regional Field Marketing Manager will collaborate closely with the sales team and other key functions to support pipeline growth in the APAC region. The role involves leading and executing revenue-driving strategies, programs, and campaigns.
The ideal candidate is a dynamic, hands-on B2B enterprise marketer with a passion for technology. Prior experience in driving pipeline growth to help sales teams meet their revenue targets is highly desirable.
What you'll do:Strategize critical field marketing events, drive the messaging and execution for the events and other marketing programs to drive leads and qualified opportunities.Drive new logo and growth pipeline by developing annual marketing plan with quarterly marketing plan review based on approved budgets; including recommendations for industry specific regional activities, executive programs, local sponsorships, conferences/trade shows, advertising, local events, participation in local business or trade associations, demand generation and content needs that will drive business results for the region.Work collaboratively with sales leaders to develop and implement the marketing plans that will positively impact and progress sales pipeline.Work with product marketing to solidify agenda and content for critical field marketing events.Localize and scale global campaigns to suit market requirement.Familiarity and ability to support Account-Based Marketing in collaboration with sales and product team.Analyse lead flow and contribution to revenue and evaluate ROI against all FM programs.Work with 3rd party vendors, from the brief, design, service level agreement through to delivery and measurement of marketing campaigns.Have a good understanding of budgeting, accruals, forecasting; and have independent competence in using SFDC and Marketo.What you'll bring:Minimum eight years marketing experience, or related, in B2B enterprise technology or SaaS environment.Demonstrated track record of marketing technical innovations to users and buyers and creating narratives to position and sell products and solutions in compelling ways.Demonstrated experience influencing without authority, including executives.Budget development and management skills.Exceptional project management skills and proven ability to collaborate effectively with, and contribute to cross-functional global and regional teams.Self-motivated and resourceful, ability to navigate ambiguity in a fast-paced environment.Experience in Account Based Marketing will be a plus.Good written/verbal English and presentation skills with copywriting skills.Ability to communicate effectively at all levels of an organization via presentation, written, and spoken channels.The ability to travel (Post COVID) in the region as needed.Ability to multi-task and attention to detail.About Everbridge
