About the role: We have 2 roles available for a Regional Director, 1 role will be located in the Newcastle/Central Coast area and the other role will be located in the Wollongong/South Coast area. The Regional Director is responsible for the Operational performance of their team while leading by example and providing support, mentoring, engagement initiatives and constant communication to their team of Valuers.
The Regional Director will lead change initiatives and ensure Opteon processes are embedded. Proactive performance management is essential with consistent performance reporting including TAT, Quality, Queries, Quoting, Financial & WIP Management targets, setting and making improvements to enhance overall performance of their team.
About you: We are seeking 2 driven professionals with not only highly developed leadership skills but also exceptional communication and business development skills. You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with:
2+ years key leadership skills with demonstrated ability to implement a regional business plan and translate this into effective operational plans. 5 years as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Preferred). Post-Graduate Qualification (Desirable). Associate of the Australian Property Institute.
