About the Role
We are seeking a Regional Director for Newcastle / Central Coast Region. The role is responsible for providing quality valuation reports in a timely manner for a diversified asset market in the residential space. Excellent communication skills are required to ensure smooth and timely outcomes for clients while effectively managing business opportunities and achieving personal annual budgets.
The key responsibility areas focus on maintaining positive and productive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
About you
We are seeking a driven professional with highly developed residential valuation skills and exceptional communication and business development skills.
You have a strong client network and commitment to professional development, together with the below key selection criteria: Degree in Business (Property) or equivalent qualifications2+ years key leadership skills with demonstrated ability to develop a regional business plan and translate this into effective operational plans.Minimum of 7 years as a Certified Practicing Valuer (Preferred).Associate of the Australian Property Institute.Strong attention to detail, report writing, and analytical skillsExcellent customer service and stakeholder communicationWhy work with us?
