Regional CT Lead - Gold Coast

Leadership & Management: Oversee and manage CT radiography operations across multiple sites within the Gold Coast region. Provide guidance, mentorship, and support to the CT radiography team. Ensure high standards of patient care and imaging quality. Operational Efficiency: Coordinate and optimize workflow to ensure efficient and effective service delivery. Implement and monitor protocols, procedures, and quality assurance programs. Manage equipment maintenance and liaise with service providers as needed. Clinical Excellence: Perform advanced CT imaging procedures with precision and accuracy. Stay updated with the latest advancements in CT technology and techniques. Ensure compliance with all regulatory and safety standards Conduct training sessions and continuous professional development for the CT team. Foster a collaborative and positive working environment. Essential requirements:

Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Medical Imaging or equivalent. Current registration with AHPRA. Postgraduate qualifications in CT are highly desirable. Experience: Minimum of 5 years of experience as a CT Radiographer. Proven leadership and management experience in a clinical setting. Strong technical skills in CT imaging. Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. Ability to lead and motivate a diverse team. Strong organizational and problem-solving skills. Benefits: Competitive salary package.
