Regional Clinical Services Manager, NW TAS
Currently seeking an experienced Regional Clinical Services Manager (RN) to join a values-based NFP provider in the North West coast of Tasmania.
In this role, you will lead the clinical team with a focus on quality service delivery and compliance with Aged Care.
About the role: Implementing quality management systems to ensure high-quality service delivery. Supporting regional clinical and quality processes, fostering staff relationships to embed quality in practice. Coordinating clinical programs across aged care and home care. Ensuring compliance with accreditation standards and managing risks. Building networks with stakeholders to enhance service growth. Report directly to the executive leadership team. Qualifications: Extensive Clinical Management experience within aged care. Current AHPRA registration (DIV 1) Strong leadership and management skills. Excellent communication (written and verbal) and conflict resolution abilities. IT proficiency with clinical record systems and Microsoft Office. Demonstrated financial acumen including understanding financial principles, analysing data and making informed budgetary decisions.
