The business continues to expand through investment in trial and R&D activities with farmers and will continue to bring new products to the market to meet the changing demands of their customers.About The RoleThe core responsibility of this role is to effectively oversee and nurture commercial relationships with both retailer and end-user customers. The primary objective is to manage and enhance an existing portfolio of business partnerships, aligning with the company's long-term growth goals.This entails identifying potential partners, engaging in prospecting activities, and partnering with distribution channels for the company's products. Additionally, collaboration with internal technical support resources will be essential to provide comprehensive support.
