This role provides administrative support to the region, assists the team in the achievement of departmental objectives, and provides quality customer service to the regional office as required.Your main responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:General reception duties including greeting and assisting clients and contractorsCoordinating incoming telephone callsMail distributionProcessing of accounts payables and receivablesAssisting with fleet managementAvailability may be at the following regional offices: Moora, Narrogin, Merredin, Bunbury, Katanning, and Esperance. Opportunities will be available for short term employment (full time, part time) or casual work. You will be required to provide a current National Police Certificate (police clearance) before commencing employment.
