As we continue to grow, we're looking for a Finance Manager who shares our commitment to integrity, excellence, and compassionate care.

Finance Manager
The Finance Manager will be a cornerstone of our financial operations, ensuring that Regency Care remains financially strong and agile as we expand our impact.
This role involves overseeing everything from reconciliation and asset management to cash flow projections and reporting, all while actively seeking ways to refine and streamline our processes.

Key Responsibilities
Ensure the accuracy and integrity of financial records through daily, weekly, and monthly reconciliations.
Lead reconciliations with a meticulous approach, guaranteeing precision and consistency across transactions.

Stock Management
Maintain optimal stock levels, with a focus on efficiency and waste reduction.
Oversee systems for accurate tracking of all stock movements, including hire and demo stock, to support our commitment to reliability.

Asset Management
Manage and document company assets—vehicles, equipment, and more—ensuring they're well-utilized and maintained.
Conduct regular audits to confirm asset integrity and condition.

Payments Management
Oversee all outgoing payments, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
Process and record incoming payments promptly to maintain strong cash flow.

Cash Flow Projections
Prepare and analyze cash flow projections to secure operational needs.
Proactively address potential cash shortfalls, recommending actions to mitigate risks.

Monthly Management Reporting
Develop insightful monthly management reports, including balance sheets and profit and loss statements, for informed decision-making.
Provide meaningful recommendations based on financial performance.

Wages and Payroll
Ensure payroll is processed accurately and complies with all relevant regulations.
Manage wage expenses to stay aligned with budget goals.

Tax Management
Oversee compliance with tax regulations, including the preparation and submission of tax returns.
Liaise with tax authorities and auditors as needed.

Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for senior management.
Ensure accuracy and compliance with accounting standards.

Balance Sheet and Profit & Loss Management
Oversee the balance sheet and profit and loss accounts, identifying trends and opportunities for improvement.

System and Process Improvements
Drive continuous improvements in financial processes and systems to enhance accuracy and efficiency.
Lead the project management of ERP system change and implementation within a 2-year timeframe.

Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
CPA or ACCA is advantageous.
Proven experience as a Finance Manager or in a similar role.
In-depth knowledge of financial management, accounting principles, and tax regulations.
Proficiency in financial management software and Excel.
ERP system experience, including research and implementation.
Strong analytical, problem-solving, and decision-making skills.
Leadership and communication skills with a commitment to team collaboration.

Impeccable attention to detail and accuracy.
Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
Strong organizational skills with a commitment to time management.
A drive for process improvement and a skill for managing change.
