We are seeking a highly skilledRefrigeration Supervisorto oversee our refrigeration systems and ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.
MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Supervise and train a team of refrigeration technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational standardsOversee the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systemsConduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of refrigeration equipmentEnsure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to refrigeration, including environmental guidelines and safety standardsManage inventory of refrigeration parts and suppliesMaintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performanceDevelop and enforce safety protocols and procedures for refrigeration operationsWork closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to operationsSKILLS & EXPERIENCES:
In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrialStrong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team membersExcellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quicklyFamiliarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards in refrigerationStrong verbal and written communication skillsAbility to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.Minimum of 5 years' experience in refrigeration systemsExperienced in two stage ammonia systems (highly regarded)Ammonia Refrigeration Operators Course Certified (highly regarded)As part of The Midfield Group, you will also have access to our comprehensive employee benefits program:
