We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Supervisor to oversee our refrigeration systems and ensure optimal performance and compliance with industry standards.

MAIN DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES: Supervise and train a team of refrigeration technicians, ensuring they adhere to safety protocols and operational standards Oversee the maintenance and repair of refrigeration systems Conduct regular inspections and performance evaluations of refrigeration equipment Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations related to refrigeration, including environmental guidelines and safety standards Manage inventory of refrigeration parts and supplies Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, repairs, and equipment performance Develop and enforce safety protocols and procedures for refrigeration operations Work closely with other departments to coordinate maintenance schedules and minimize disruptions to operations SKILLS & EXPERIENCES: In-depth knowledge of refrigeration systems, including commercial and industrial Strong supervisory skills with the ability to motivate and develop team members Excellent troubleshooting skills to diagnose and resolve issues quickly Familiarity with relevant codes, regulations, and safety standards in refrigeration Strong verbal and written communication skills Ability to prioritize tasks, manage time effectively, and oversee multiple projects simultaneously.
