This is a great opportunity for a Refrigeration Manager to join a highly motivated customer-focused team that is poised for growth.

We're growing fast which means there's always opportunities to grow and develop within our high performing team. The role would include:
Manage people and teams within your division.
Recruiting technicians and apprentices
Manage and perform Small & Large Projects.
Manage Budgets within your portfolio.
Supervise scheduling work with Service Coordinator
Quoting Small & Large Projects.
Bring in more work.
Client Retention and improving client offering to current clients
Ensure projects are delivered on time and on-budget
Engage sub-contractors to carry out work if required
Cultivate key supplier relationships to leverage from
You will work towards client satisfaction with accurately and swiftly delivered service.
The successful applicant will be a person that possesses the following skills and attributes: Self starter
Excellent communication skills are required, you will be expected to liaise with all stakeholders involved in the business and projects.

A neat appearance and work style
Confidence in your skills and abilities
Ability to work well independently and manage your workday
Ability to run and manage teams on site
Is able to manage variation and changes
Ideally, you will have experience in a similar role and hold the following: Construction Induction Card (White Card)
HVAC & R trade qualification
ARCTIC Licence
VBA Reg
Current VIC Drivers Licence
5 years minimum experience
Residential and commercial installation experience
Excellent diagnostic and fault-finding skills
Immediate computer/office skills preferably in SimPRO
