The Opportunity
As a Client Services Assistant (CSA), you will be the first point of contact for students seeking essential support from our Student Wellbeing services, including Counselling, Disability, and Welfare.
In this role, you'll provide crucial administrative and customer service functions, offering students a welcoming, empathetic environment as they navigate their personal and academic challenges.
From responding to inquiries, organising appointments, and processing financial support to assisting with wellbeing programs and events, you will play a vital part in enhancing the student experience at WSU.
Your responsibilities will include providing customer service across various platforms including face-to-face, phone, chat, and email while ensuring that each interaction is handled with professionalism and care.
You'll assist with the administrative management of services, from maintaining confidential student records to supporting financial processing and reporting.
Additionally, you'll be an integral part of the team, contributing to the success of wellbeing programs and initiatives that enrich the lives of our students.
What We're Looking For
To succeed in this role, you'll need a Certificate IV in Business Administration or a similar qualification, along with previous experience in a customer service or administrative role within a large organisation.
You should have excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to respond to clients from diverse backgrounds.
You'll also bring a high level of computer literacy, including proficiency with MS Office and online platforms, and demonstrate sensitivity, integrity, and the ability to manage confidential information.

Remuneration Package: HEW Level 4 $89,947 to $95,760 p.a.
(comprising Salary of $76,006 to $80,918 p.a., plus Superannuation and Leave Loading)
