About the role The Library is seeking to fill the ongoing position of Library Client and Collections Officers (South Precinct).
The person we are looking for is enthusiastic and thrives on interacting with students and all clients of the Library and is dedicated to service excellence.
The Client Services team provides front-line services to students and staff, creating a welcoming and well-presented environment, assisting with in-library events, helping clients locate resources and shelving materials.
High level customer service skills, dedication to service delivery, and pride in the presentation and maintenance of the campus library, including furniture resetting, is a requirement of this position.
In consultation with the Campus Coordinator, the successful applicants will balance their rostered shifts with other required responsibilities ensuring an environment where services, resources and facilities of the Library meet client needs.
As the successful applicant you will work closely with your Campus Coordinator and your campus team as well as the broader South Precinct teams located at the Bankstown City and Liverpool libraries.
Working rostered shifts and at other campus libraries is a requirement of the position as detailed in the Position Description.
