Redstone is seeking a dedicated Care Manager/Deputy Director of Nursing to join a leading group located in Port Macquarie. This is an exciting opportunity to join a provider with an excellent working culture, where you will work closely with a diverse and supportive team.
What's on offer: Attractive salary of $120,000-$130,000 + Super on offer Reporting directly to an experienced Facility Manager Strong supportive team to assist with all areas Collaborative and supportive on-site clinical team Opportunities for career growth and professional development About the role: Lead, manage, and support the care team Ensure compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and regulations Monitor and evaluate the quality of care, ensuring continuous improvement Communicate with residents and families, addressing concerns and involving them in care decisions Oversee clinical assessments and coordinate healthcare services Lead or participate in continuous improvement initiatives within the facility About you: Unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Registered Nurse At least 5 years of clinical experience in Aged Care Proven leadership abilities with a minimum of 1-2 years in a Care Manager role Exceptional communication and clinical problem-solving skills Compassionate, resident-focused approach to care We are looking to speak with Experienced Care Managers who are keen to explore their next opportunity.
