Focusing on Clinical Training & Development FT Mon - Fri role with flexible start-finish time The Role:
You will be responsible for delivering Education to all clinical staff in this portfolio of RAC homes. Duties include maintaining infection prevention and control by conducting audits, and continuous improvement of staff development.
We are seeking a highly skilled clinician with strong training and mentorship skills who has a real focus on delivering education programs to ensure all staff can reach their potential.
Key details:
Contribute as a key member of the leadership team to upskill all staff Salary based on experience with access to NFP Salary Packaging Work closely with the on-site Managers and support staff Ensure a compliant & high standard of care for all residents Be part of a Values-driven NFP aged care organisation Small amount of travel involved in local area The Requirements:
