In this pivotal role, you will drive our operations forward while cultivating a fun, engaging, and productive culture within the team.
The Role As the Team Leader for our Altona Blue Collar Recruitment Team, you will lead a dedicated group of 10 recruitment consultants, overseeing blue collar recruitment in Melbourne's North and Western suburbs.
Your leadership will be key to our success, helping the team meet recruitment goals while enjoying a dynamic and supportive work environment.
We are looking for someone with a strong operational background, a hands-on approach, and a proven track record of motivating teams to achieve excellence.
Your Responsibilities Inspire, mentor, and lead a team of 10 blue collar recruitment consultants.
Motivate the team to achieve recruitment KPIs and financial targets in a positive, collaborative atmosphere.
Demonstrate a safety-first mindset that prioritises well-being Leverage your operational expertise to streamline processes and enhance efficiency, making work enjoyable and effective Develop and implement innovative strategies to attract, assess, and onboard skilled blue collar candidates Engage directly in managing recruitment initiatives while collaborating closely with team members Provide regular performance feedback and conduct reviews, identifying opportunities for growth and celebrating achievements Serve as a key point of contact for client relationships, ensuring exceptional service delivery with a friendly touch Our Requirements Proven experience in Team Leadership, with a successful track record of managing and inspiring teams Strong operational background and a hands-on approach to recruitment processes Background in blue collar recruitment, particularly within Melbourne's North and West suburbs, is highly desirable.
