Delivering both quality temporary and permanent options, we specialise in the recruitment of Professional, ICT, Government, STEM, Management and Executive talent.PERSOLKELLY have recently been appointed as the sole recruitment partner for the Western Australian Electoral Commission and will be working to provide a 10,000 strong workforce, to deliver the next state election in 2025.We have a very exciting opportunity for 3 experienced Recruitment Team Leaders to manage a small team of consultants.
The main purpose of this role is to lead a team of consultants to ensure that all roles within that portfolio have been filled.Location: BurswoodLength: 5-6 month Maximum Term Contract (ASAP start until 31st March 2025)Salary: $85,000 - $90,000 + Super (plus a competitive completion bonus)Benefits: Paid Public Holidays/ annual leave/ sick leaveThe role:Manage a small team of consultants and support staff to ensure all the roles in the specific areas/ districts have been filledAllocate specific workloads to each consultant depending on vacancies/ requirementsPull daily reports to ensure recruitment activity is on track working with tight deadlinesPhone screen candidates and roster them for specific rolesSend out onboarding to candidates and coordinate with the team to ensure that the relevant onboarding and training has been completed.Occasionally liaise directly with stakeholders from WAEC to accommodate for changes in staffing requirementsManage the overall coordination and success of the contracted works for the 2025 State Election.Attend regular meetings with both internal and external stakeholders and complete any action items.Provide overall leadership across a team of project recruitersTrack and manage the progress of this project through technologies.Ideally the successful candidates will have the following;Experience in leading and coordinating large projects.Volume recruitment experience in a fast-paced environment (highly desirable).Ability to liaise with internal and external senior stakeholders - managing expectations (deadlines, progress updates etc).MUST be able to commit until end March 2025Demonstrated time management and experience working within a high-pressured environment.Organisational skills including the ability to manage priorities and potentially competing work demands.Excellent verbal and written communication skills including the ability to draft simple reports, correspondence and outcomes of meetings.Competence in the use of computers, including experience with Excel, Word, Outlook, databases and online applications.Ability to lead a team and maintain positive relationships with internal and external stakeholders.Additional BenefitsOpportunity to manage a large-scale Government projectJoin a large, collaborative team environmentCompletion bonusPotential longer term opportunities within the PERSOLKELLY/ Programmed business once the project has completedIf you are interested in the above position please apply online today!
