We work collaboratively with a range of stakeholder groups, supporting recruitment to several professional cohorts, including Pharmacy, Nursing and Midwifery, Support Services and Allied Health.What we're looking forWe're looking for enthusiastic, energetic individuals who are keen to be part of a well-regarded, supportive and high-performing recruitment team. As part of our People and Engagement team, you'll work to source and attract people to our health service and support our hiring managers in selecting and appointing the most suitable candidates to join their teams.This is an interactive, people-based role in which you'll love providing a high level of client service to meet the needs of your internal stakeholders and candidates alike. It offers a great opportunity to play a key role across all stages of the recruitment process.We have both ongoing (permanent) and parental leave (18 months fixed term) opportunities available. Based at our Kingston Centre in Cheltenham, you'll work across several Monash Health sites. We'll look to you to be available to work a minimum of four days per week, and we'll happily consider a nine-day fortnight or full time hours.What can you bring us?Evidenced based experience across the recruitment life-cycleDemonstrated passion for engaging with your stakeholders to really understand their needsClear thinking, ability to work calmly and professionally while with a sense of urgencyExcellent customer service skills and ability to quickly build rapport with a wide range of peopleFlexibility and proven ability to prioritise and re-prioritise as things change in your work dayA sense of humour and an ability to laugh with the teamYou may have worked in an agency environment and be looking for a move to an internal recruitment role, or you may have worked in a candidate care role and be seeking your first opportunity as a dedicated Recruitment Specialist.Recruitment experience in healthcare is useful but not mandatory.
