Your new role
As a Scribe for Hays Recruitment, you will be integral to our clients' recruitment process. Your attention to detail and passion for effective communication will be crucial. Your key responsibilities will include:
Shortlisting candidates based on specific criteria/matrix.Scheduling interviews and coordinating with candidates and panel members.Scribing during interviews, accurately capturing candidate responses and panel members' discussions.Preparing detailed Comparative Assessments (Selection Reports) summarising candidates' qualifications, interview performance, and reference summaries.Collecting and verifying candidate references.What you'll need to succeed Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.Capability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.Excellent written and verbal communication skills.Strong organisational skills to manage multiple tasks efficiently.Attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation.Prior experience in government recruitment is essential.Strong communication and interpersonal skills.What you'll get in return
