We are currently looking to hire an experienced recruiter to take on a role within our Brisbane office, overseeing the management and further development of an existing portfolio of property industry clients in QLD.

The ideal candidate: Will be degree qualified and preferably have at least 2+ years of agency recruitment experience. We require an ambitious and detail-oriented individual with a strong work ethic and a passion for face-to-face networking and business development. Long-term relationship development must be top of the agenda, and you must be eager to work within a high-performing and market-leading team! Management or team leadership experience, or a desire to develop this skill set, will be held in high regard.
Key Duties & Responsibilities: Work closely with management to maintain and grow a high revenue desk. Review and develop new business opportunities within the Property sector in QLD and interstate. Prospect for new clients and candidates to extend relationships, conducting interviews and candidate registrations face-to-face, online, and by telephone. Achieve an individual consulting quarterly revenue budget. Contribute to corporate marketing strategies and action plans to assist with your own business development. Review the status of existing Property client relationships and identify potential new and strategically important clients. Maintain candidate and client call cycle obligations and meet KPIs. Review, maintain, and grow the current candidate/client database. Business development, to secure/deliver a range of recruitment assignments. Assist with further developing PNA's existing relationships within Property industry groups like the PCA, FMA & UDIA. Continually strive to achieve over and above budget results and build an exceptional reputation in the Australian market. This role would ideally suit somebody who has 2+ years of recruitment experience and is looking to expand their duties and take on more responsibility, or somebody who has developed a successful career in recruitment and is looking for a sea change!
