This key position will involve managing daily shift bookings, ensuring our clients' needs are met with exceptional service. You'll also contribute to developing efficient processes that enhance staff resource management, recruitment, and operational success.Tasks include:Identify and analyse new recruitment opportunitiesAdopt successful recruitment practices to match client needs regarding skill, continuity and availabilityEffectively interview, register and integrate Support workers into the workforceAllocate nurses and care workers into shift requests from clients (hospitals, aged care facilities, disability support homes etc)Develop and maintain effective working relationships with Support WorkersEffectively manage all operational administration including daily inbound and outbound client and candidate callsSkills & Experience Required:Strong client service and sales skillsStrong communication skills, written and verbal.Ability to perform autonomously as well as part of a team.Strong organisational skills.Intermediate MS Office skills and IT system skills.Effective time management and organisational skills to focus on and achieve targetsAbout HCA:Healthcare Australia (HCA) is Australia's largest specialist healthcare workforce provider.
