Due to the continued growth, we are looking for a Recruitment Resourcer to join our team in the Victorian - Hallam office.
The role: Your main duties will include:
Sourcing quality candidates across all sectors for our existing client networkScreening incoming applications and organising registration and interviewsConducting interviews and reference checksCompiling and formatting resumesManaging and completing new candidate files including data entryCompleting and submitting client reports and rostersProviding a high level of customer service both face to face and over the phone About You: To be successful in this opportunity you will possess the following:
