Recruitment Resourcer

We are looking for an experienced recruitment resourcer for a short term contract in Robina. This is an ASAP start.

You will be joining a highly reputable, national company that values their employees.

The successful candidate will be experienced with high volume end to end recruitment, a great communicator and confident building relationships within the company including hiring managers.

Key Responsibilities: End to end recruitment including job briefs, adverts, phone screens
Arranging interviews for the hiring managers
Advise and support the hiring managers throughout the recruitment process including recruitment strategies and market trends
Engage, build and manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders

Ideally you will have: Must be available for an immediate start
Proven experience in a similar role
End to end recruitment experience
The ability to communicate at all levels

This role is for an immediate start - and is a 5 week full time temporary contract with the client, based in Robina.
